Mona Garcia, the event manager / planner / wearer of many hats at Plantation Gardens Restaurant & Bar in Poipu might be one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. She's always smiling, friendly and has an incredible motherly sense about her. The latter being for the best because she's about to officially be one.
