Yesterday, much like today, was a beautiful day. It is extremely hard to sit behind a computer, edit photos or think of new business strategies on days like these, so when friend and fellow photographer Eric Von Bargen asked to come shoot a few motorcycle photos I jumped at the chance.
There is just something about motorcycles that tell a story. The open road, badass, classy yet grungy image automatically pops into my head. Now I am not talking about the crotch rocket craze. I mean a real, classy, mostly European, preferably vintage bike.
We ended up shooting where Airlie Rd. opens up to Wrightsville Beach. There is a great canopy of trees and a curve that suited the look we wanted to get. Thanks to all drivers who didn't run me over as I crouched on the side of the road during rush hour. We managed to snag some good photos without any injury or damaged equipment.
